It comes five months after a separate incident at the same airport Manchester - in which two brothers were involved in a violent scuffle with police.
Video of that incident sparked protests across the city in July.
In the latest video, from Sunday, one officer appears to hit the man several times in the stomach before standing up and kicking him twice in the side.
A second officer appears to kneel on the man's chest while hitting him in the face.
The clip, obtained by the Manchester Evening News, was filmed by a holidaymaker.
