A WASTE firm is suing the Scottish Government for £200million after spending a fortune preparing for the scrapped bottle deposit scheme.
Biffa Waste Services Ltd is going to Scotland's highest civil court because it believes the Holyrood government is responsible for it suffering a £150million loss.
