Marcus gets Ruben era off to ideal start before usual United turn up
All sorted? Let's not be Rash

THE Rubin Amorim era got off to a flier.

But enough about the first 80 seconds because Marcus Rashford's quick-fire opening goal only gave false hope and expectation.

The rest was pretty average and only served to underline the huge job facing Manchester United's new manager.

If it had not been for United keeper Andre Onana, Amorim's first game could easily have ended in defeat.

Amorim has tried to convince everyone that United's players are better than we think and they can get this grand old club back to where it belongs.

But the harsh reality is that he is a football manager and not a miracle worker.

Anyone who thinks this will be a quick fix and will be just a case of changing the manager will be sadly mistaken.
