But life at Red Bull of late has been anything but quiet, with Christian Horner embroiled in scandal and fending off attacks from internal enemies.

Things have quietened down in recent weeks but the colleague who accused Horner of inappropriate behaviour has appealed the decision to dismiss her grievance.

And there is still tension between Verstappen’s father Jos, who publicly called for his head, and influential adviser Helmut Marko.
