DIALLO DERBY

IF PEP GUARDIOLA couldn't sleep before this, then he's got no chance now.

And most of his nightmares will be about one man - his rival from across town in the shape of Ruben Amorim.

Twice in the space of six weeks Amorim has humiliated the Spanish icon.

First with Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League and now with Manchester United in one of the biggest games in English football.

And the manner of how Manchester City lost this derby could well prove to be the lowest point yet of what is turning out to be a miserable season for Guardiola and his reigning champions.

With two minutes of normal time to go, City were winning thanks to Josko Gvardiol's first-half header.

Then all hell broke loose, leaving Guardiola quite literally seeing red.

On 88 minutes makeshift left-back Matheus Nunes made not one, but two horrendous mistakes to gift United a penalty and a way back into the game.
