The Welshman has reached three of the last four finals of the Grand Prix with its unique ‘double in, double out’ format.
And the former champ made it into round two in Leicester in this year’s tournament with a deciding leg victory over Dutchman Danny Noppert.
Price hasn’t won a major title since lifting the Grand Slam of Darts in 2021.
