Lodha pre-sales soar to record ₹4,510 cr in Q3

MUMBAI-BASED REAL ESTATE developer Macrotech Developers (also known as Lodha Group) on Monday said it has achieved best ever quarter pre-sales of ₹4,510 crore, showing 32% year-on-year (y-o-y) growth in Q3FY25.

With this, it has achieved pre-sales of approximately ₹12,820 crore in 9MFY25 showing 25% y-o-y growth.

It's collections went up 66% at ₹4,290 crore in Q3FY25 registering a growth of 66% y-o-y.
