THE FOOD DELIVERY race is heating up as new players, quick service restaurants (QSRs), and cloud kitchens jump into the burgeoning 10-minute delivery segment, a feat that even Domino's Pizza could not have envisioned when it launched in 1996.

Once a niche catering to snacks and beverages, the segment is now poised for explosive growth. Analysts predict it could capture over 50% of the online food ordering market, valued at more than $10 billion by 2030.
