We have been left unheard for so long, and now we are sitting in protest to ensure our voices are finally recognised," Singla said. He clarified that the purpose of their protest was not to disrupt the daily lives of the people."We are protesting peacefully, and we have not blocked any roads or created any inconvenience for the public," Singla added.The teachers have been demanding the facilities they are entitled to under Punjab civil service rules, just like other government employees.
