For those leaning towards veganism, Veganuary is a great way to take the plunge. We speak to experts about the health benefits of this challenge.
The fight for both environmental protection and a healthier lifestyle led to the launch of the Veganuary movement in 2014. This movement, which first originated in the UK, encouraged people to take part in a 31-day challenge in January and adopt a vegan diet.
