Car dealer Oisin Legaspi, 39, with an address in Dublin 18, was initially charged and granted bail in March.
He appeared again at the city's District Court yesterday to be served with a book of evidence.
He has two charges for possessing proceeds of crime in two South&nbsp;Dublin banks - &euro;27,000 in an AIB account in Ballsbridge in on May 17, 2019, and &euro;70,000 in an AIB in Belfield on September 14, 2018.
The charges are under section seven of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010.&nbsp;
The Director of Public Prosecutions had directed the case to proceed on indictment at a higher&nbsp;level with broader sentencing powers.
Judge Paula Murphy granted a return for trial order, sending the accused forward to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, where the case will be listed for mention next month.
There was no objection to bail.
Earlier, the court heard he "made no reply to the charges put to him at Bridewell Garda station.
Legaspi also has to obey an order not to associate with three other individuals.
