The 34-year-old began his senior career at Bramall Lane before he moved to Tottenham Hotspur in 2009 and eventually to City in 2017. He has now amassed more than 300 appearances for Pep Guardiola's side and won six Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four League Cups and the Champions League.
This season, however, he's among those struggling for form at City.
A report from talkSPORT this week claims Walker's boyhood club, Sheffield United, are interested in re-signing the right-back, 15 years after he initially left the club.
It has been suggested Walker is one of a number of players the club will consider moving on at the end of the current season.
