PSP, in coordination with the Office of State Inspector General (OSIG), the Governor’s Office of General Counsel (OGC), and the Office of Administration (OA), developed a comprehensive training that included modules on use of force, stop, search and arrest; traffic enforcement; bias-based policing; internal affairs processes; discipline procedures; rules and regulations for law enforcement officers; the Governor’s Code of Conduct; and constitutional law.
