Their new home sits on a leafy road in a much soughtafter part of Chiswick.
Records show it was sold to Three Tigers Holdings Ltd in January this year. Sir Nick and Spanish wife Miriam Gonzalez Durantez, 55, are the only two directors of the company.
Last year the former MP announced he, his wife and three sons were moving back to London for personal reasons, which included being closer to his elderly parents.
He sold his five-bedroom mansion in California's Silicon Valley for £10.3million.
