Barnes claimed a dominant 3-0 victory over Hyderabad in the U-13 category of Bhaichung Bhutia Champions Cup that started in Nashi on Thursday and will conclude on Sunday.
The match saw Barnes maintain 69% possession, constantly dictating the tempo of the game and keeping Hyderabad on the back foot. Hyderabad struggled to create meaningful chances, managing no shots on target, while Barnes capitalized with three shots on target, converting all of them into goals.
Barnes also had a slight edge in set-pieces, earning two corners to Hyderabad's one.
The tournament is managed by Bhaichung Bhutia Football School and streamed live on SportVot in association with FPJ.
