Muslim leaders threaten to besiege Bangla institutions

Muslim religious leaders from Mumbai met on Saturday to condemn the attacks on Hindus and other religious minorities in Bangladesh.

The leaders, representing All India Sunni Jamiat Ulama, Raza Academy, and Jamiat Ulama-e-Ahle Sunnat, said that if the Bangladesh government does not stop the attacks on Hindus and their religious institutions, they will besiege Bangladesh diplomatic institutions across India. They asked the Indian government to intervene and take diplomatic measures to stop the attacks. The meeting was held at the Handi Wali Masjid, Saifee Jubilee Street, Mumbai.
