MARGAO Even as the State appears set to commission the 7.5MLD Colva sewerage treatment plant (STP) after a long delay, wary citizens, activists as well as elected representatives have sounded caution – not to rush with the commissioning of the STP till a thorough testing of the underground line, including the pumping station is conducted by the authorities under close monitoring by the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB).
