FOUR Plymouth residential dementia care and nursing care homes have been sold. Mannamead Care is a group of four established care homes and an independent living unit in Plymouth, Devon.
The group comprises Greenacres Care Centre and Greenacres Independent Living on Pearn Road, Seymour Court on Glen Road, and Thorn Park and Charlton House on Mannamead Road. Combined, they are registered for 156 residents in the category of residential dementia care and nursing.
The homes were previously owned by Phil and Tonya Gerry, who established the group over 20 years ago. They recently decided to sell to allow them to spend more time with family and overseas.
They have now been sold to Asim Chaudhary of Smart Care Homes.
