The registrations also dropped 6% month-on-month from 5,894 units in October 2024, according to the latest report released by Knight Frank India.
The total value of home sales in November 2024 stood at ₹3,495 crore, marking a 7% YoY decline from ₹3,741 crore in November 2023 and a 3% MoM drop from ₹3,617 crore in October 2024. Despite the overall decline in registrations, there was an increase in the registration of high-value homes.
