Two factors show the property market's health—inventory with developers and buyers' affordability. Developers have held inventory for an average of 16-17 months. It is the lowest level in 15 years and 40% below the 15-year average, according to an analysis by UBS, a global bank. The affordability of real estate across cities, measured by income to property prices ratio, is at the most substantial level in 15 years. The data shows that it may be a good time for you to own property.
