Proposal for Pampa-Achankovil-Vaipar river linking raises concern

The annual general meeting of the National Water Development Agency (NWDA), scheduled to be held on December 17, has included a feasibility report on the Pampa-Achankovil-Vaipar link project, which has triggered a controversy.

While chief ministers and irrigation ministers are representing other states, Kerala is sending an official-additional chief secretary for water resources to the meeting.
