While five people were killed in the unrest, several others, including around 20 cops, were injured in the clashes.

After releasing the pictures, Sambhal SP Krishna Kumar Vishnoi said that no innocents would be persecuted but those who had been identified through footage of drones and CCTV would face strict action.

"Our cyber cell sleuths are working to identify those involved in the unrest. Their posters with photographs will be put up at main crossings. Local people have been urged to help the police in identifying the rioters," said the SP.
