Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, along with the party's Delhi in-charge Qazi Nizamuddin and its Delhi unit chief Devender Yadav, made the announcement to this effect at the party's Delhi unit office here.
Addressing the media, Gehlot said, "Delhi Congress has decided to include 'Jeevan Raksha Yojana' in its manifesto. Under the scheme, health insurance of Rs 25 lakh will be provided. We started a similar scheme in Rajasthan also, in which free treatment up to Rs 25 lakh was given to the people of the state."
