Warrington 16
Leigh 14
MATTY NICHOLSON'S stunning try delivered yet another win as Sam Burgess's Warrington got out of jail, after Lachlan Fitzgibbon sparked a fightback.
Having shocked St Helens with an epic 31-8 Challenge Cup victory last Sunday, it was crucial high-flying Wolves backed it up in Super League, and Nicholson (below) landed the crucial blow.
They had looked in danger of crashing to a first home loss to Leigh since 1987 after Ricky Leutele's fine effort put the lowly visitors 14-6 ahead early in the second period.
Warrington seemed devoid of ideas in response.
But after Ben McNamara's pass was intercepted, superb second-row Fitzgibbon who had scored Wolves' first try - crashed through on 63 minutes to serve up deftly for Matt Dufty to bag his eighth try of the season.
