The Eaton Centre is loading up on major retailers with a new Simons store, another Eataly location and a new Nike flagship.

Following Eataly’s announcement that it would be moving into the space Nordstrom left vacant nearly a year ago, Simons — a Quebec-based clothing and home goods retailer — will open up a three-floor, 110,000-square-foot flagship store at street level in the Eaton Centre.

Nike is also relocating its existing store at the iconic downtown Toronto mall to a two-floor, 18,000 square-foot flagship.
