The answer is yes. You can do all that you love to do and what makes you feel completely in sync with your inner child. Being pregnant is, of course, a journey within as well. Hence, to keep yourself uplifted all the time, you do need to indulge in varied activities that keep you boosted and pepped up from time to time. For the same, you do wish to shake that booty and sweat your nervous system a bit. What's most important to know here is what not to do over what to do.
