I'm now 56 and still racing cyclo-cross in the very competitive West Midlands League - and I've got back into time trialling too, achieving my 10-mile PB of 23.45 at the age of 55. In fact, I'm now more into cycling than I've ever been. I've done triathlons and runs too.
