The Singapore Island Country Club (SICC), one of the republic’s most prestigious, commemorated its Diamond Jubilee in the month of June with a host of celebration activities. Formed on 1 July 1963, when two of Singapore’s top clubs, the Royal Singapore Golf Club and the Royal Island Club merged, it has evolved and grown from a golf club to full-fledged country club offering a wide variety of fine sporting, recreational, social activities and F&B outlets across two locations in central Singapore.
With more than 7,800 Members of prominent and influential individuals, SICC’s rich history has seen several international golf events and golf legends hosted on its championship Bukit Course. In addition to the Island Course and the three nines of The New Course, the club’s three best-inclass golf courses total 63 holes.
