The basic health benefits of doing sports are known by all. It helps develop the hippocampus, a region in the brain typically associated with memory and learning physical activity also helps relax your mind after a stressful day. a person's cognitive growth develops between the age of 6 to 18. Cognitive development is the development of a child's ability to think and learn. Any continuous sporting activity done among this age group greatly helps stimulate this cognitive growth honestly, if a person can balance both their academic and sporting interest at once, then the benefits reaped are just unbeatable.
