Mini Moroccan lamb burgers
These moist little lamb burger pockets make a delicious Mediterranean-style light bite.
SERVES 2 PREP 10 MINS COOK 9 MINS/18 MINS
1 Whizz all the ingredients in a food processor, then divide into 6 equal portions and mould into small burgers.
2 In the air fryer: Heat the air fryer to 180C. Add the burgers and air-fry for 9 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
In the oven: Heat the oven to 180C Fan/ Gas 6. Put onto a lined baking tray, cook for 9 mins, flip then cook for a further 9 mins.
3 Check the internal temperature of the burgers has reached at least 75C using a meat thermometer – if not, cook for another few mins. Serve tucked into warmed pitta breads, with salad leaves and tzatziki.
Per serving (burgers): 392 cals, 27g fat, 12g sat fat, 0g carbs.
FOOD ED’S TIP
If you don’t have a food processor, you can mix the ingredients together by hand – just make sure everything is finely chopped.
