He's made waves since first arriving in Albert Square in 2021 as cheeky charmer Tom 'Rocky' Cotton. Yet, actor Brian Conley, 62, will bow out of EastEnders this Christmas, despite becoming a fan favourite as 'Nasty' Nick Cotton's half-brother.
The comedian remains tight-lipped on whether he will be killed off, or wave goodbye from a black cab, but admits the dream scenario would be for the door to remain open for a possible return.
However, once the filming comes to an end, the Londoner reveals date nights with his beloved wife will take centre-stage, and a wedding vow renewal may even be on the cards. Here, in an exclusive interview with Woman, the silver fox tells us what's next.
It's so sad to hear you're leaving EastEnders - would you ever consider joining another soap? Never say never, because you don't know, do you?
But for me, I fitted in so well there and to be given the opportunity was a dream come true. I've had an incredible time, but my journey is now to find other adventures.
