Prerna Jhunjhunwala frequented her father's jute mills during Pher the children of factory workers in India's Tier 2 and 3 cities during her mill visits, she became mindful of the country's significant disparity in educational opportunities. Her travels across India only confirmed this divide. It was then, as a teenager, Prerna decided to ensure access to quality education for children residing in the most remote regions of her homeland- India.
Despite geographical divides, Prerna's unwavering desire to support education remained steadfast. After graduating from New York Univers she moved to Singapore. There, she set out to modernise and elevate early education, founding her first preschool, Little Paddington.
Beyond textbook learning, she was determined to nurture impeccable social, cognitive, and leadership skills in every child, showcasing her entrepreneurial flair. The outcome was remarkable; Little Paddington quickly became a leading preschool in the country, expanding to include seven preschools nationwide.
While Prerna's preschools were a huge success, she yearned for a more significant global impact, reaching millions of children worldwide. The COVID-19 pandemic was a pivotal moment of realisation, and she decided online platforms could be the key to achieving her goal. The new venture wasn't arduous for the preschool founder adept at leveraging technology for experiential learning. After extensive market research, she embraced the opportunity and launched the Edutech startup, 'Creative Galileo', currently a sought-after brand name in the early learning space.
