When Sean Fogarty founded CuraLinc Healthcare in 2008, many companies did not yet see employee mental health as a business imperative. That has changed since Covid-19. CuraLine's client base has increased threefold since the start of the pandemic. "Our growth journey is directly correlated to the attention that employers are finally starting to pay to the mental health of their workforce," Fogarty explains.
