HRD practitioners are active partners in the globalisation of their organisations.

Information sharing on HRD and other business practices is essential in multi-location and multinational organisation, which is not feasible without digitisation. There is the risk of failure without digitised HRD function to achieve mission-critical goals of managing knowledge in multiple locations, enhancing performance across geographic and national boundaries. Digitised HRD also helps in preventing exhausting labour, and in improving speed and efficiency.

All the successful companies are HR-driven companies. They have their HR as a business partner and digitisation helps HR to unleash their potential at its fullest. Having an upgraded technology in place also helps in the smooth functioning of the company.
