Q. GRACE FROM INDIANA ASKS: WHAT ARE SOME TRICKS FOR GRILLING IN COLDER WEATHER?
A. The biggest challenge we’ve experienced in the cold is the wind. Our solution is simple: try to set up the grill in a corner or area that’s out of the wind. Note that food might take a little longer to cook in colder weather, so allow a little more grilling time.
