STEP 1: Reflect 

Before you set yourself the same old goals, spend a few moments reflecting on your previous attempts at weight loss. Think of what you achieved during that time – what worked – and where you fell short. Identify specific reasons why you feel you may have failed, identify weaknesses, or highlight possible pitfalls in your approach. Take into account lifestyle-related factors like family or work commitments, budgetary constraints, or elements of your transformation plan that you didn’t enjoy and therefore found difficult to adhere to. Write everything down. Be critical of yourself, and analyse every aspect to ensure you don’t make the same mistakes twice. This step alone will greatly improve your chances of success.
