Start A Fitness Journal

1. It keeps you accountable

Planning your workouts and meals, and tracking them in your fitness journal, keeps you accountable and you are more likely to stick to your schedule.

2. Helps you reach your fitness goals

Clarifying and writing your goals down in your journal is essential, as you cannot hit what you don’t aim at.

3. Keeps you consistent

One of the reasons many people do not see progress in their fitness journey is that they are not consistent in their efforts. A fitness journal will help you stay consistent with your workouts and eating habits, as you will be able to plan these in advance, or note trends such as a dip in the frequency of training sessions or a spike in the number of cheat meals you include.

4. Easily make changes to your regimen

Keeping a journal will give you a better understanding of your exercise and eating habits, allowing you to troubleshoot and make changes when necessary if something isn’t working, which takes the guesswork out of your approach.

5. Maintain a healthy lifestyle
