What is your workout philosophy? “Maintain a balance of pushing hard and taking time to recover. Push your limits, but don’t break yourself trying to exceed them constantly.”
How often do you work out? “6 to 7 days a week, for about 2 hours a day.”
What is your usual workout routine? “I focus on each muscle group twice a week with isolation, working two on a day (like chest and back) and then use my functional HIIT training as a form of fullbody cardio.”
Your three favourite moves? “I enjoy upper body work, so number one is flat bench press. The others I enjoy: side raises and incline dumbbell presses.”
