BUDDING BRAWN
My cousin started lifting, so I went to the gym with him at this place in Toronto. I fell in love with it and entered my first bodybuilding show in ’94. I won the lightweight class and barely lost the overall. When I was a male dancer, I met this guy named John Gat. He’s, like, 55 years old and shredded. He told me that his diet was all fish. So I did that—white fish, veggies, baked potatoes, and shredded wheat and raisins in the morning. You look great but are exhausted all the time.
