In 2015, owners of Uruguay’s Parador La Huella set up their grill on the fifth (quinto in Spanish and Italian) floor of Brickell City Centre in Downtown Miami. LA’s Studio Collective has bestowed this trendy restaurant with long wooden community tables as well as private dining sections, and a lot of art, in keeping with the design philosophy of East—the hotel in which the restaurant is housed.
