I remember a time in my life when I had to rise early because of my hour long commute to work.
As I would drive past my neighbor’s homes, I would watch people running or riding their bikes. I noticed the mothers with small children in strollers jogging at a comfortable pace and the seniors taking their dogs out for a walk. I would drive by the same group of people, at the same time, every day and be amazed at their level of commitment to live well. Although I had a strong desire to increase my physical activity and shed a few pounds, I found myself being more committed to my daily 470 calorie white chocolate mocha.
