Restaurant receives Phuket’s First and only Michelin Star for its ‘Plant, Raise, Understand’ Philosophy
Farm-To-Table Restaurant, PRU at the ultra-luxe Trisara resort in Phuket, was awarded One Michelin Star at the ‘Michelin Guide Thailand Star Revelation 2019’ Gala Awards Presentation. PRU is the very first and only Restaurant in Phuket to receive the prestigious accolade. “Seafood at Trisara” restaurant also received the exciting Michelin Plate designation.
PRU is Montara’s latest restaurant at the ultra-luxe Trisara resort in Phuket. Its goal is to create a unique culinary experience celebrating products from the Andaman terroir, and the best ingredients to be found around Thailand. As part of the process, the team currently sources ingredients from PRU’s own farm and local purveyor communities of fishermen and farmers. The goal being to source 75% of the ingredients from our own farm by the end of 2019 and ultimately 100% in the future.
