UV Tequila Booby
This is my go-to fly for catching fresh stockies! The UV Tequila Booby has always been deadly in its many forms, from straight Blobs to FABs, but with the added attraction of UV fibres in the Fritz and UV flash in the tail, this variation is hard to beat. I like to fish it on the top dropper when pulling on sinking lines to draw fi sh in to the other flies, or I’ll put it on the point when washing lining. The UV Tequila is probably most effective in summer when the light catches the UV flecks in the Fritz and tail.
