Crystals and gemstones need not be limited to just your jewellery. Including them in your beauty regimen yields a host of benefits that will leave you looking like a million bucks. Here’s a closer look at how these little marvels help you achieve your beauty goals.

Crystals and gemstones have been used for their beauty and health benefits since time immemorial. There have been references to them being used in Cleopatra’s beauty regimen, and they also feature in Native American and Roman history. They have a repeating chemical structure that makes it possible for them to hold energies. This energy can be harnessed to effect changes in the ambience of a place. They can also be used for healing and beauty purposes. While they might not give you instant solutions, they offer a more holistic approach as they are energy-based.

BOUNTY OF BENEFITS

Different crystals and gemstones have different beauty benefits. Let’s look at some of the most common ones.

Amber: It is known for its positive energy and is believed to help with the cleansing the blood, and with energy flow in the body. This, in turn, results in soft skin. It also protects the skin from harmful radiations.

Onyx: It is believed to open up the chakras in the body, helping repel negative energy. It is useful in skin purification, and helps avoid or remove skin inflammation, sunburn, and infections.
