What were the primary focus areas during the implementation of TQM?

• Customer quality: Prioritising customer delight by consistently delivering high quality products and services that meet and exceed expectations.

• Profitability: Enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality to positively impact the bottom line and ensure long-term profitability. What benefits has implementing TQM brought?

• Mobilized people across the organization to adopt the TQM way: Implementing TQM has transformed our organisation by embedding a culture of excellence across all levels. It mobilised employees to adopt the TQM philosophy, enabling near 100% reduction in customer rejection rates and significantly enhancing customer trust and loyalty.
