As Love Island: All Stars continues to make conversation winners, Molly Smith and Tom Clare are proof that it can lead to true love. They’re currently renovating their first home in Manchester, after making it last summer, just six months after meeting on the show.
In an exclusive chat with new, Molly, 30, tells us what makes their relationship such a strong couple, opens up about her plans for the future and for Ann Summers – and reveals what she’s hoping to manifest in 2025.
Hi, Molly! It’s been a year since you met Tom on Love Island: All Stars. Can you believe it?
We can’t! We still have ‘pinch-me’ moments because we can’t believe we went back on Love Island and actually found a true connection. Where we can be ourselves with each other. He ticks every box in terms of the ways I want to be loved.
What do you bring to the table as a girlfriend?
It works both ways - we both love each other the way the other person wants to be loved. I think I'm very generous and I like to look after him, and that's how he wants to be loved.
Do you know what each other’s ‘love languages’ are?
Mine are definitely words of affirmation and partly acts of service, which he’s really good at. He’ll go and fill my car up with petrol or de-ice it in the morning without me even knowing it. And he brings me a cup of coffee. It’s the little things like that mean a lot. I think Tom’s are also acts of service, but mainly acts of service, too. He loves it when I make him an iced tea.
