Remember all the times when you craved a sweet treat but just couldn't seem to make up your mind? Well, the answer to those cravings is gelato. No matter the season or region, no one can get enough of this Italian delicacy. Unlike its popular counterpart, ice cream, gelato has quickly found loyalists across the globe.
Intending to bring a taste of Italy to India, Chef Nikhil Jain started Coppetto Artisan Gelato in Bandra in December 2017. Having learnt the art of making traditional Sicilian gelato in a classic gelateria in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, Jain is on a mission to make sure that the people of his hometown can indulge in the ntic taste of premium Italian gelato.
