After being frequent visitors to the Goa property, we finally decided to visit Planet Hollywood, Thane City for the first time. As soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming staff that made us feel right at home. Despite arriving early in the morning, our rooms were ready for us to settle in, much to our relief. It is a rare privilege to be able to check-in early at a bustling city hotel like this one, which is often fully booked throughout the year. However, the management had made special arrangements to ensure our smooth arrival, which was a testament to their exceptional hospitality. This extra touch of care and attention added to our already memorable stay at Planet Hollywood, Thane City.
