Method
1. Prepare the Orange Layer
Heat a non-stick pan and add grated carrot to it. Sauté the carrot for a few minutes until it becomes soft. Add khoya, sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix well. Cook the mixture until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add orange food color and mix until the color is evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread it evenly. Allow it to cool.
