VIRGIL VAN DIJK has admitted he is a big fan of Arne Slot's "home comforts rule" for matches at Anfield.
Slot has made a superb start at Liverpool, losing just one game - a surprise home defeat against high-flying Nottingham Forest.
The Reds are already four points clear at the top of the Premier League with a game in hand over Chelsea and Arsenal.
As well as that one defeat, the Merseysiders have won 12 and drawn three in the top flight.
In the Champions League, they have won all six so far, as well as all three Carabao Cup games.
It could hardly have started better for the Dutch manager.
His fellow countryman, and Liverpool captain, Van Dijk is loving winning most weeks.
And he is also enjoying a new rule Slot put in place, which allows players to stay in their own homes rather than at a hotel before a home match.
